Designed by Paolo Boscolo, the kitchen centres around a generous island positioned at the heart of the room, creating a natural gathering point for cooking, entertaining, and family life.
Framing the island are two distinct pantry spaces – a large pantry to the left and a dedicated breakfast pantry to the right – each thoughtfully integrated to enhance both functionality and flow. Subtle internal lighting within the pantries highlights the material palette while adding depth and atmosphere to the space.
The project combines richly textured materials with carefully considered detailing throughout. Stained oak veneer forms the external cabinetry, bringing warmth and character to the architecture, while all drawers and inserts feature a soft oiled finish. Natural oak internals create a lighter contrast within the cabinetry, emphasising the craftsmanship and material honesty of the design.
Patinated brass detailing has been used across all metalwork, introducing a tactile and timeless quality that complements the natural tones of the timber and stone.
Silver Roots honed marble was selected for the worktops, splashbacks, and shelving throughout the kitchen and pantry spaces, adding a dramatic yet elegant surface material with subtle movement and depth.
The result is a kitchen that feels both sculptural and inviting designed to support everyday family living while celebrating the beauty of natural materials and precision craftsmanship.
